Join us on Saturday, February 7, from 2–4:30 p.m. in the Library Program Room for Stories from the Underground Railroad, an all-ages, drop-in program exploring themes of courage, resistance, community, and the pursuit of freedom, while also acknowledging the harsh realities of slavery.
The program is held in partnership with the City of Orillia and will be led by Alasoba Kelsy Braide, a champion for change in the Orillia community, and Doug Minter, Partnerships Sponsorship Manager for the Canadian Black Chamber. Everyone welcome.
