This unique workshop invites kids and teens ages 9-18 along with their parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, (or other favourite adult!) to sit side by side in the Makerspace and explore the vibrant world of Métis-inspired Art on Saturday, July 12 at 2 p.m. Presented by the Métis Nation of Ontario’s Summer Youth Program, this fun and meaningful session will guide you through a contemporary art style based on traditional Métis beadwork- except with colourful paint dots instead of beads! Free to attend, but space is limited and registration is required. Each child/teen and adult duo must register together.
